Rules & Terms of Service

-All contact will be through email for the discussion of commissions.-Please provide clear reference sheets or images of the subjects you are interested in having me draw. No references using AI will be accepted under any circumstances, and your commission will be denied if one is provided.- For smaller scale commissions such as sketches or profile pictures (PFPs), payment is required upfront before work will begin. Work-In-Progress (WIP) images will be provided while the piece is being worked on. Sizes will vary depending on the commission requested.- Larger scale pieces that involve bust, half or full body images require a payment of 50% of the cost up front. Please provide the size dimensions you wish for your piece to be made, or an estimate of what you would like. Otherwise, default size dimensions will fall under 1668 x 2224px or smaller. Upon approval of sketch WIPs, the remaining balance is due before continuing using the same payment method. At this time, if a cancellation and refund is requested, only 50% of the payment that has been received will be issued as a refund.-All clients receive a clean version of their piece with my signature and logo, as well as a version with watermarks included. As the client, you are permitted to publish the watermarked version to whatever social media platform you use.-Finished pieces will be posted on my social media channels by myself upon completion and approval of the final piece, and the commissioner will be tagged in the post of the finished piece. The commissioner may request that they either be Anonymous and not tagged in the post, or if they would not like the piece posted at all. Please specify if you would like either of these accommodations made before the piece is finished and approved.- Finished pieces are for personal use only. I as the artist do not authorize the completed commission pieces to be used for resale, edit, train AI or be used for NFTs.-I, as the artist, reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.
